A Message from CareConnectMD’s Chief Medical Officer, George Fields III, DO

Dear Patients, Families, Clinicians, and Partners,

As you know, COVID-19 has now spread through virtually all regions of the United States.  In recent days, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) released updates to it’s guidance for health care personnel (HCP), including physicians and advanced care practitioners. As always, we employ all infection control procedures set forth by CMS, CDC and local health authorities where applicable. We expect that further guidance for testing and other important issues will be forthcoming from the CDC as our clinical team gains more access to test kits. We will continue to provide you with updates as more information becomes available. 

The safety and wellbeing of our patients, providers, and the facility staff remains our highest priority. The COVID-19 situation is constantly and rapidly evolving. Nevertheless, the clinical staff at CareConnectMD continue to demonstrate exemplary leadership and commitment, inspiring the confidence of the patients under our care.  I am proud to be part of your team and to lead you through this healthcare crisis.
